Robert and Norma Winkleblack Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient must be a full-time student accepted to Eastern Illinois University who has graduated from one of the Coles County High
Schools.
2. An essay/narrative must be included with the application that demonstrates the student’s potential to succeed.
3. Financial need is a consideration.
4. The recipient may be eligible to apply for the award again provided he/she continues to meet criteria.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
