Robert and Norma Winkleblack Scholarship

To leave a lasting legacy in honor of the late Bob Winkleback, EIU Academic Advisor and Norma Winkleback, former Administrative Assistant to the President. This scholarship will be given to students from Coles County who are first generation and who need financial assistance.
