The Hugh C. Rawls Award

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient must be a full-time student, junior or senior standin, majoring in Biological Sciences-Pre-Medical Studies or Biological Sciences-Animal Systems.
2. Financial need is not a consideration except when two or more students are otherwise equally qualified, in which case, the student with the more need will be the chosen recipient.
3. Consideration should be given to participation in community or university activities.
4. The recipient must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
5. A recipient shall be eligible to receive the award only one time.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
