P. Scott Smith Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient must be a full-time junior or senior majoring in Physics and accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient must maintain an overall GPA of at least 2.5.
3. The recipient(s) should show significant promise as a researcher in Physics and must have participated in mentored research with a faculty member. The faculty mentor should be consulted when determining the best candidate for the award.
4. Financial need is not a consideration.

This award will be announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall.
