Edith Breving Annual Scholarship

For undergraduates in the arts and humanities. Requires 3.0 GPA. Community college transfer students, community service preferred.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. Eligible applicants must be a full-time undergraduate student accepted to Eastern Illinois University and be majoring in an area
   within the College of Arts and Humanities (Art, Communication Studies, English, Foreign Languages, History, Journalism, Music,
   Philosophy, or Theatre Arts).
2. Eligible applicants must also have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
3. Preference will be given to a transfer student from a community college and to a student that has demonstrated some type of
   community service.
4. Financial need is not a consideration.
5. A recipient of the scholarship is not eligible to apply again.
