Nilsen Research Presentation Award

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient(s) must be an undergraduate or graduate student, majoring in Communication Disorders and Sciences, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. If the applicant is a graduate student then the recipient must have applied and been accepted to Eastern Illinois University, Graduate School, and to the Department of Communication Disorders and Sciences (CDS) as a degree-seeking candidate pursuing a Master’s Degree.
2. The recipient(s) have demonstrated potential for undertaking independent research.
3. The recipient(s) must have documented acceptance of a research presentation at the state or national level.
4. The recipient(s) must be in good academic standing at the time of the award.

Awards may be for Fall or Spring based on the research presentation date.
