Ryland Hall Fund

The following criteria must be met:
1. Grants may be used for scholarship to members of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
2. Grants may be used for scholarships to recognized organizations of Eastern Illinois University.
3. Grants may be used for scholarships to high school graduates upon admission to Eastern Illinois University.

This award shall be announced in the Fall and disbursed in the Fall of each year. Recipients are expected to attend an Awards Ceremony.

Applying for this Scholarship in NO WAY obligates you to join Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Applications are open to any undergraduate student of EIU in good standing
