Zeta Phi Beta Evette Pearson Fortenberry Scholarship

Criteria for selection are as follows:

1. Must have been a member in good standing of the Zeta Phi Beta chapter at Eastern Illinois University for at least one year prior to the award being distributed.
2. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.7 or above at the time of selection.
3. Each applicant must submit an essay explaining how they will benefit from the award. Financial need is a consideration.
4. The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for the award again provided they continue to meet the criteria.
   Awards are announced in the Spring and paid in the Fall.
