For undergraduates who graduated from (by priority): 1) St. Michael; 2) St. Anthony HS; 3) Teutopolis HS; 4) Mattoon HS. Requires essay.

Full description:
Recipient(s) must meet the following criteria:

1. Recipient(s) must be a full-time undergraduate student accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. Preference will be given in the following order:
   a. A graduate of St. Michael Catholic School in Sigel, IL.
   b. A graduate of St. Anthony High School in Effingham, IL.
   c. A graduate of Teutopolis High School in Teutopolis, IL.
   d. A graduate of Mattoon High School in Mattoon, IL.
   e. A graduate of Neoga High School in Neoga, IL.
3. The recipient(s) must be in good academic standing.
4. Financial need is not a consideration.

The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for the award again provided he/she continues to meet the criteria stated above.
The award will be announced in the Spring Semester and paid the following Fall/Spring Semester.
