Harry Frost Chemistry Scholarship
For juniors, seniors, graduate students in Chemistry, preferably 1) non-traditional 2) employed 20+ hrs/wk. Requires 2.75 GPA, essay.
Full description:
The following criteria must be met:
- The recipient must be a full-time junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in chemistry or teacher certification with chemistry specialization accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
 - The recipient must maintain an overall cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
 - A one-page statement of career goals must be included with the application.
 - Financial need is a consideration.
 - First preference is given to a non-traditional student.
 - Second preference is given to a student employed for at least 20 hours per week in addition to their course load.
 - The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for the award again provided he/she continues to meet criteria.
 
Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
