Joseph and Cecilia Covi Scholarship

For high school graduates of Livingston, Illinois. Awarded to any resident of Illinois if there are no qualified candidates from Livingston.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient must be a full-time student accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient must be a high school graduate of Livingston, Illinois.
3. In the event there is no qualified candidate from Livingston, Illinois, then the recipient must be a high school graduate who is a resident of Illinois.

This award shall be announced in the Fall and paid in the Fall and Spring semesters.
