Carolyn Shores Cook and Allyn Cook Memorial Scholarship - Music (Even Fiscal Years)

The following is the criteria:
1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient(s) must be a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior.
3. The award shall be given to a student majoring in Music during even-numbered fiscal years and to a student majoring in Biological Sciences concentration during odd-numbered fiscal years.
4. The recipient(s) must demonstrate the potential and capabilities for success in his/her field.
5. Financial need is a consideration.

This award will be announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall.
