C. Roger Sorensen Tennis Scholarship

For current tennis players at EIU, or incoming freshmen whose high school career shows potential to help EIU’s tennis team. Requires 2.5 GPA.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The scholarship fund is to be utilized in support of a tennis player(s) who is deserving and currently participating in tennis at Eastern Illinois University or in support of an incoming freshman tennis player(s) whose high school career shows potential to help Eastern Illinois University’s tennis team.
3. The recipient(s) shall have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall and spring.
