For incoming freshmen and new transfer students in Business. Requires 3.0 GPA, high achievement in previous educational environments.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient must be accepted into the Lumpkin College of Business and maintain a declared major in Business.
2. The recipient must be a student new to Eastern Illinois University, either as a freshman or transfer student.
3. The recipient must maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
4. The recipient must have demonstrated high achievement in previous educational environments.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
