For current Honors students from DuPage County. Requires 3.5 GPA, academic talent. Must have carried a full quota of hours in prior semester.

Full description:
The selection committee shall apply the following criteria:

1. Students shall be academically talented and successfully participating in the Eastern Illinois Honors Program.
2. Eligibility shall be limited to full-time students who in the prior semester carried a full quota of hours and have attained an average of 3.5 GPA.
3. Students shall be residents of DuPage County, Illinois.
4. The scholarship shall be announced in the spring.
