Martha Elizabeth and Vernice Elzie Clark Memorial Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The scholarship recipient shall be a full-time Sophomore, Junior, or Senior majoring in Elementary Education.
2. The recipient shall be a resident of Crawford County, Illinois.

This award shall be announced in the Spring semester and disbursed in the Fall semester.
