Requirements for this award are as follows:
- Transfer from the City Colleges of Chicago
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher at City Colleges of Chicago
- Participation in Panther Pledge program
This award is renewable for up to two years if a 2.5 or higher GPA is maintained.
