Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, with a declared major in a health-related field, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient(s) must be a junior, senior, or EIU graduate student preparing for a career in a health-related field.
3. The recipient(s) must have a 3.0 GPA at award date.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
