Timothy Gover and Clifford Fagan Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The scholarship recipient(s) shall be a junior or senior student accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. Preference shall be given to Lumpkin College of Business students who come from a low-income family or are otherwise underprivileged.
3. The recipient(s) are eligible to reapply each year provided they continue to meet the criteria stated herein.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
