Jack L. Payan Scholarship

For community college transfer students, preferably from Moraine Valley CC or South Suburban CC, majoring in Communication Studies.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient must be a speech communication major at Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient must be a community college transfer student enrolling at Eastern Illinois University.
3. Preference shall be given to students transferring from Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, Illinois, or South Suburban
   Community College of South Holland, Illinois.

Awards will be announced in the Spring semester and paid the following Fall semester.
