Thomas A. and Gail M. Higgins Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient must be a graduate of Charleston High School.
2. The recipient must have a declared major in Elementary or Middle Level education.
3. The recipient must be a junior in good standing.
4. The recipient must have demonstrated an above-average academic record.

This award shall be announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall semester.
