Roger Salinas Annual Scholarship

Criteria for selection are as follows:
1.) Must be an incoming freshman or incoming community college transfer and accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2.) Financial need is a consideration.
3.) Past recipients are not eligible to apply for award again.

This award shall be announced in the Spring and paid in the following Fall semester.
