Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient(s) must be enrolled in good standing as a full-time student, majoring in History at EIU.
2. Preference will be given to first-generation incoming freshman and/or transfer students.
3. Financial need is a consideration.

This is awarded for fall and spring semesters.
