Rev. Joseph E. & Mrs. Gloria S. Seiler Elementary Education Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time undergraduate student, majoring in Early Childhood, Elementary Education or Middle-Level Education, and accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient(s) must have an overall GPA of 2.75.
3. The recipient(s) must be a sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of selection.
4. The recipient must have done some community or church volunteer work while in high school or college.
5. The recipient must have attended grades K-12 in public schools.
6. Preference will be given to the child of a minister.
7. The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for and receive the award again provided he/she continues to meet the criteria stated above.

This award shall be announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall semester.
