William E. Adams Memorial Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient must be a full-time student, minoring in Pre-law, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. If Pre-law is not a curriculum option, then the recipient must be a full-time student, majoring in History, accepted to Eastern Illinois University
2. The recipient must have an overall GPA of 3.00.
3. Financial need shall be a consideration
4. The recipient shall be eligible to apply for, and receive, the award one additional time provided they continue to be enrolled full-tim in a Pre-Law (or History major if Pre-Law is not a curriculum option) and has maintained cumulative and semester GPAs of 3.00 since first receiving the award.
