Irvin L. Sparks Memorial Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The scholarship recipient shall be a high-school senior, EIU freshman, or sophomore majoring in Physics.
2. The recipient must show high scholastic talent, be able to acquire recommendations if requested from his/her high school physics and mathematics teachers, and submit a written statement concerning the scholarship.

This award is to be announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall.
