For junior Music Education majors, preferably pursuing Vocal or General Music Certification and a career in the field. Renewable.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The Helen J. Krehbiel Music Education Scholarship will be awarded to student(s) with a declared major in Music Education, with second preference given to alternative music education students.
2. The award recipient(s) shall be chosen from junior-level students who are enrolled in the Music Education program with the intent of pursuing a career in Music Education.
3. Preference shall be given to students who are pursuing Vocal or General Music Certification.
4. The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for and receive the award again provided he/she continues to meet the criteria stated above.

Award may be announced in the Spring and awarded in the Fall semester.
