John D. Schmitt Scholarship

For officers in Phi Alpha Zeta chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Requires 24 credit hours, leadership skills. Financial need considered.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time student who has completed a minimum of 24 semester hours at EIU.
2. Financial need is a consideration.
3. The recipient(s) shall be an officer of Phi Alpha Zeta chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity who has exhibited leadership within the chapter. (In the event that Phi Alpha Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha chapter is no longer in existence, the award shall be made to an executive officer of the Interfraternity Council.)

This award shall be announced in the Spring and paid in the Fall semester.
