Jim and June Giffin Scholarship

For juniors in a Business major. Requires 3.0 GPA, financial need. Renewable with 3.0 GPA, minimum 12 credit hours taken per semester.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient shall be a Junior at the time of the first payment.
2. The recipient shall be enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in a Business degree program.
3. The recipient must have at least a 3.0 GPA (A = 4.0).
4. The recipient shall qualify for financial aid as determined by the University’s Financial Aid office.
5. A recipient once designated shall be eligible to receive the award during the four semesters of the Junior and Senior years so long as she/he continues to be enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Business program at Eastern Illinois University, carries at least 12 semester hours per semester, and maintains a 3.0 GPA.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
