Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient(s) must be a student accepted to the Eastern Illinois University Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program.
2. The recipient(s) shall fulfill certain basic requirements which are: good character, academic promise, and career promise.
3. The recipient(s) must be enrolled and in good academic standing within the Eastern Illinois University MBA Program to be eligible for
   subsequent awards.
4. Financial need is a consideration.

The recipient(s) shall be eligible to receive the award again provided he/she continues to meet the criteria stated herein. The award(s) shall be issued annually.
