John and Bina Jo Walters Music Scholarship

For seniors majoring in Music who are planning to teach. Requires 3.2 GPA, financial need. Renewable if criteria continue to be met.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, majoring in Music, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient(s) must have an overall GPA of at least 3.2.
3. The recipient(s) must be a senior.
4. The recipient(s) must display financial need.
5. The recipient(s) must plan to teach.
6. The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for and receive the award again provided he/she continues to meet the criteria stated above.

This award is announced in the Spring and disbursed the following Fall and Spring semester.
