Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time student who has attended Eastern Illinois University for at least one year, is in good academic and disciplinary standing, and demonstrates financial need.
2. Preference will be given to student(s) with financial need who have demonstrated leadership, with priority given to those with campus and/or community service.

This award is typically announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall or Fall and Spring.
