Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

  1. The award recipient shall be an outstanding Freshman, majoring in one of the academic departments in the College of Fine Arts.
  2. The recipient must show a high personal performance and a high academic standing.
  3. The recipient may be a full-time or part-time student, or an in-state or out-of-state student.
