Jim, Tom, and Robin Roberts Scholarship

For sophomores/juniors interested in a news photography career, who are participating in The Daily Eastern News or The Warbler. Renewable.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The recipient must be a full-time student, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient must be interested in a news photography career.
3. The recipient must be in good academic standing at the time of selection.
4. The recipient must be a Sophomore or a Junior at the time of the selection in the Spring and must enter the next academic year as a full-time Junior or Senior student.
5. The recipient must have demonstrated outstanding ability to do creative “assignment” shots as well as to produce creative “enterprise” news or feature photos for The Daily Eastern News or The Warbler, or their successors.
6. The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for and receive the award again provided he/she continues to meet the criteria stated above.

This award will be announced in the Spring and disbursed the following Fall semester.
