Dr. Mary Caroline Simpson Academic Excellence in Art Award

For sophomores, juniors, and seniors in Art, preferably with 9 hours in Art History. Requires 3.0 GPA, 3 images of current work.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time sophomore, junior or senior majoring in Art and accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. Must have an overall GPA of at least a 3.00.
3. Preference shall be given to a student who has completed 9 hours in Art History.
4. Recipient(s) are eligible to apply for the award again provided he/she continues to meet the criteria stated herein.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
