Robert Edwin Witters Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient(s) must be a U.S. Citizen, accepted to Eastern Illinois University as a full-time student, have a declared major in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis in plant sciences.
2. The recipient(s) must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
3. Preference will be given to candidates involved in undergraduate research.
4. Preference will be given to candidates planning a career in teaching and/or scientific research.
5. Financial need is a consideration.

Award announced in the Spring and awarded in the Following Fall and Spring.
