COS Student Advisory Board Student Assistance Award
For sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students in a liberal arts & science major, who have faced hardship in college. Requires 2.5 GPA, 3 essays.
Full description:
The following criteria must be met:
- The award is offered to students who have overcome or are facing some type of hardship that has impacted their college career.
- The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
- The recipient(s) must have a declared major in the College of Sciences with a 2.5 GPA, and have at least sophomore status.
- Financial need is a consideration.
*Please note that this award is open to any College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) students. Students in the Science fields will be given preference only if all other factors are equal.
