Education Students Assistance Fund

This fund was established by the College of Education to assist students with external costs accrued in order to obtain their degree but are not billed by the university, such as licensure fees, etc. This fund will NOT pay as a scholarship but must be reported as such. Students that are offered this award will have their fees paid for directly by the College of Education and this award will be updated as a scholarship on their award letter. However, it will be a non-disbursing award since it is not going towards the student account directly.

Eligible students must meet these criteria:

1. Declared education major
2. Identify as student of color OR first generation OR Pell eligible
3. Have current unmet financial need

There are no GPA or credit hour requirements.
