Winnie Davis Neely Memorial Scholarship
The following criteria must be met:
1. The memorial recipient shall be enrolled as a full or part-time student at Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient shall submit a piece of creative writing in the Annual Literature Contest conducted by Sigma Tau Delta and the department’s literary magazine which is The Vehicle.
