Belayet Khan Geography Award

For junior/senior majors in Geography. Requires 3.0 GPA, completion of 2 full semesters, dedication to Geography. Financial need considered.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. Must be a full-time junior or senior student majoring in Geography accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The student(s) must have completed two full semesters, not including the semester of the award.
3. In exceptional circumstances, the award may be given to a sophomore.
4. Must maintain an overall GPA of at least 3.0.
5. The recipient(s) must exhibit dedication to the discipline of Geography.
6. Financial need is a consideration.

This award is announced in the Fall and disbursed in the Spring.
