Gladys and Keith Walden Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The Gladys and Keith Walden Scholarship shall be used for student scholarship(s) at Eastern Illinois University. The student(s) must have applied and been accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. Each Scholarship shall be awarded to a graduating senior from Cumberland Unit #77 High School. The scholarship shall be presented annually at the Cumberland Unit #77 High School Awards Night.
3. Financial need is a consideration. Preference shall be given to the student(s) demonstrating the greatest financial need.
4. If the earnings are available, then at least one incoming freshman and one continuing sophomore should receive the Gladys and Keith Walden Scholarship Fund annually.
5. The award(s) shall be selected in the Spring Semester and paid in the following Fall Semester.
