Ruth Miller Esbeck Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, majoring in health related program formerly known as Family and Consumer Sciences (this could include majors within College of Health and Human Services, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, and Lumpkin College of Business and Technology), accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient(s) must be from east central Illinois.
3. The recipient(s) should have an interest in textiles, but this is not a requirement.
4. Financial need and academic ability may be a consideration, but are not a requirement.

This award will be announced in the Fall and paid that Fall and following Spring semester.
