Ruth E. Brandenberg Memorial Scholarship

The following criteria must be met:
1. The scholarship is to be available to students studying in a health related program formerly known as Family and Consumer Sciences (this could include majors within College of Health and Human Services, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, and Lumpkin College of Business and Technology) .
2. The scholarship recipient(s) must be enrolled full-time at Eastern Illinois University.
3. The recipient(s) shall be completing his/her freshman year and entering into their sophomore year.
4. The recipient(s) shall be chosen based on academic excellence (i.e. in good academic standing/not on probation, minimum GPA 3.0) and good moral character (i.e. the applicant shall submit two letters offering character references and /or two letters which demonstrate civic service or community involvement).

This award shall be announced in the Fall semester and split between the Fall and Spring semester.
