Mike and Susan Petrik Annual Scholarship for Excellence (CHHS - Even Fiscal Years)

The following criteria must be met:
1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time student majoring in College of Health and Human Services*, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
2. The recipient(s) must have a GPA of at least 3.00.
3. Financial need is a primary consideration.
4. Preference shall be given to recipient(s) involved in a Registered Student Organization (RSO) or student government.

This award will be announced in the Fall and paid the following Spring semester.
