Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The scholarship shall be made to one person who at the time of selection is registered in the college in the four-year teaching curriculum with a major in English.
2. Criteria for the selection shall be character, scholarship in English, and skill in teaching which promise service of distinction.
   This award is announced and paid in the Spring semester.
