Edward O. Sherman Memorial Scholarship

For sophomores and juniors in a Chemistry major. Must show promise of service through scholarship, character, and sense of purpose.

Full description:
The following criteria must be met:

1. The memorial recipient shall be a Sophomore (or a Junior if he/she has not completed the first course of Physical Chemistry) majoring in any of the programs offered by the Department of Chemistry.
2. The recipient must show promise of distinguished service by reason of scholarship, character, and sense of purpose.
3. Financial need is only a minor consideration for this memorial.

Award announced in the spring and awarded in the fall.
