Richard W. Justice College of Education Scholarship

This scholarship is to honor Dick who was first and foremost an educator. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Junior High Education in 1968 and a Master of Science in Educational Administration in 1971 from EIU. It was established in gratitude for the education Dick received from his alma mater of which he was very proud!
