Don and Ferne Rogers and Daughters Scholarship

To honor Donald and Ferne Rogers, both EIU educators. The scholarship will provide assistance to students during their student teaching semester. The scholarship will benefit students with high amounts of debt due to student loans and will be awarded to the student(s) during their student teaching semester.
